New Homes or Condos For Sale:

Package 1: $69

Posting with 1 member-provided photo (800 x 600 pixels only) with basic property description and company information.

Package 2: $89

Posting with up to 25 photos. Whirligig will travel within Dane County* and take general photos of a posting and create a slideshow and include basic property information and a description field. You can also use these materials on your website.

Package 3: $119

Posting with up to 25 still photos and partial panoramas (virtual tour). Whirligig will travel within Dane County* and take general photos and up to 5 panoramas of main rooms and create a custom virtual tour and include basic property information. You can also use these materials on your website.

Additional Postings within the same Development: $30 for each additional posting

Add additional postings on the website for the same photo shoot. This may be used if you have Whirligig take photos of a land development and want to use the same photos for more than one posting. For instance, you have 5 lots available and just want 15 general photos of the development. Each posting will have a slightly different price and description, but will all use the same photos and/or virtual tour. You can also use these materials on your website.

Additional Options:

Add a Floorplan: $130

Have a custom floorplan drawn for your home or condo. Price includes up to 3,000 sq. ft. Each additional 1,000 sq. ft. will be an additional $20. You can also submit your own jpeg floorplan for no additional charge.

Text/Information Updates: $10 per update

Minor updates to text or description or links in the postings.

Virtual Tour Updates: $20 per update

Changing order of photos, contact information, etc.

*Travel: Photo shoots outside of Dane County will be subject to mileage fees. Contact Whirligig for details.

Note: All postings must be paid online using PayPal or sending a check (you will receive details). You will be billed when you submit your posting and proof of payment must be made prior to photo-shoot.
